"During a construction remodel process there is always something not foreseen by either the owner or the contractor that gets uncovered; like insulation board that also needs to be replaced but was not counted on by either side. I was given a fair price and Biggerstaff's crew were able (to) replace the problem and not let it affect or delay the overall construction process.
